Fixed prices for the audit, the sprint and the retainers, and "from" prices for quoted projects. Choose US dollars, Australian dollars or yen: each is priced on its own, not converted.

Taking over an app

Not an offer of its own, and no extra price: three of the offers above, in order. The audit fee is credited against the sprint when you book it within 30 days of the readout, so the first two steps cost the sprint's price.

How a takeover works

The sample audit shows the first step for a fictional app, down to the sprint it recommends.

Payment terms

All payments go through Stripe: Checkout for fixed-price offers, Invoicing for quoted work and Billing for retainers. Work starts once the upfront payment is received.

  • Card and Stripe-supported local methods for audits and retainers.
  • Bank transfer option (Stripe Invoicing or Wise) for invoices above US$5,000 to avoid card fees.
  • Late payment pauses work after 14 days overdue.
  • Refunds: audit refundable in full if cancelled before access is granted; otherwise non-refundable once work starts.

Retainer hours and overage

Retainer terms: Monthly, 30 days' notice, unused hours do not roll over.

Overage: Overage is billed at the plan's effective hourly rate (the monthly fee divided by the hour cap), only with your prior approval.

Tax and currency

Prices exclude GST / consumption tax where applicable. Each proposal states the currency you are invoiced in, and invoices come from Anystack G.K., Japan.
