Production-readiness sprint

Two weeks to fix what the audit found.

A fixed-scope sprint that takes the audit's highest-impact findings and fixes them in your existing code, delivered as pull requests you review and merge.

US$8,000A$12,000¥1,200,000 fixed, for two weeks

Prices exclude GST / consumption tax where applicable.

How a sprint works

  1. Scope from the audit

The audit report ends with a fixed-price sprint quote. Its scope is the findings that matter most to the business, written down before the sprint starts.

  2. Two weeks of work

Aaron works through the agreed scope in your codebase. Anything outside it is raised with you and quoted, never started on a guess.

  3. Pull requests you merge

Every change arrives as a pull request with an explanation. Nothing is pushed to your default branch; you decide what reaches production.

  4. Handover

Written handover notes on what changed and why, then access is removed and the removal confirmed in writing, unless a retainer continues.

Access

A sprint needs write access to the repositories in scope, for a dedicated Anyfront account, so that Aaron can open pull requests. The client merges every one. Production secrets are never requested: staging or scoped credentials only, through your secret manager or a one-time share.

If you would rather Aaron merged and deployed the work himself, you can choose delegated access in the proposal: within the scope it sets, through a role you can remove, with every change in version control and a change log.

After the sprint

Some apps need nothing more for a while. Others need someone to keep reviewing and shipping as the product grows; that is what the retainers are for.

Every sprint starts from an audit.
